Stop by UTBG Tuesday, March 8th, 2010 from 4pm-close for an official Fat Tuesday celebration. Enjoy bead toss, zydeco music, hurricane drinks with souvenir glasses, and mask for an all out Cajun good time! Beads, glasses, and mask are first come first serve so come early!

1. What are your hours of operation? UTBG is open Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm. Friday & Saturday 11am-2am. Closed on Sundays.

2. Do you offer Happy Hour Specials? UTBG host Happy Hour Monday-Friday, 4pm-7pm. We offer drink and appetizer specials.

3. Can you host a private party? UTBG has a full event staff. To find out more information on table reservations, private events, and/or catering details please contact 202.678.8824 and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours.

4. Do you take carry out orders? UTBG is a full service cook to order restaurant. To assure our patrons who dine in we do not accept phone take out orders Monday-Friday, 11am-2pm. You may come into UTBG and place a to go order. Keep in mind again we are a cook to order establishment therefore it is first come first serve.

Restaurateur sees opportunity in Anacostia, will open new bar and grill

So when she left her corporate marketing job in Houston last year to return home and start a restaurant, she knew which areas to consider before she began talking to brokers and landlords.
